EMI = P × r × (1+r)n / ((1+r)n − 1)
Where r is monthly rate (annual ÷ 12 ÷ 100) and n is total months.
Example
A $100,000 business loan at 9% for 5 years = monthly EMI ≈ $2,076, total interest ≈ $24,548.
